Enjoy free access to the interior of Werribee Park Mansion on Sunday 27 July from 10am – 4pm during Open House Melbourne, with Parks Victoria staff and volunteers providing insights into the Mansion's history, art and architectural features. 

There will be different forms of entertainment popping up throughout the building and it's a great chance to explore the Mansion's gardens and historic farm buildings during your visit. No bookings required. Learn More

Open House Melbourne: Elephant Trail at Werribee Open Range Zoo

Take a guided tour of the Elephant Trail and experience the Zoo in a whole new way during Open House Melbourne.

Werribee Open Range Zoo’s tours will explore the design and creation of the $88 million world-class 21-hectare Elephant Habitat, highlighting the thoughtful integration of animal welfare, sustainability and cutting-edge architectural practices. 

Visitors will have the opportunity to discover the process behind one of the most significant zoological expansions in Australia, showcasing how the project blends cutting-edge design with a commitment to conservation. Learn More

Bookings are essential with a $7 booking fee per person,

Zoo entry is complimentary with an Open House Melbourne tour ticket.

Tours run 10am, 10.30am, 11am, 11.30am, 1pm, 1.30pm, 2pm, 2.30pm, 3pm and 3.30pm

Devonshire Tea Bookings at The Refectory 
Pair your visit with Devonshire Tea at The Refectory Ballroom, located in the wing of Werribee Park Mansion. Enjoy freshly baked scones, with cream and house-made jam with tea and coffee for $25 per person – bookings essential.

There will be sittings at 10.30am, 12.30pm and 2.30pm

The Refectory Parlour will also be open from 9.30am – 4.30pm for takeaway teas, coffees, cakes, and light bites served throughout the day.

A Long Lunch or Something More
L.M Café at Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park will also be open throughout the weekend, or book in for a lavish High Tea at Joseph’s Dining at the Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park.

Take a leisurely walk over to the award winning Shadowfax Winery for a wine tasting at the cellar door or book ahead to enjoy a lunch at their beautiful restaurant.

Just outside the Werribee Park Precinct you'll find bustling cafe Wyndham Cache or head down to the Wyndham Harbour and enjoy bay-side dining at 3030 Waterfront, open from 12pm – 10pm.
 

Make a Weekend of it
Looking for some family friendly competition? Head down for mini golf fun at The Elements Coastal Activity Park at  Wyndham Harbour, or soak up the more than 100 years of aviation history at the RAAF Museum and B24 Liberator Memorial Australia, both open Thursdays and Sundays, with bookings essential to visit the RAAF Museum (free entry).
